3. Cash on Delivery (COD)
- COD Availability: We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) services to most pin codes across India.
- COD Charge: A convenience fee of is applied to all COD orders. This fee is non-refundable.

📍 Tracking Your Order
- Once your order is processed and dispatched, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email and/or SMS containing your tracking number and a link to the carrier's website.
- You can typically track your order within 24 hours of receiving the tracking information.

⚠️ Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Shipments
Damaged Shipments
- In-Transit Damage: If you receive a product that appears to be tampered with or visibly damaged during transit, please refuse the delivery and notify us immediately via email at shopaholicenters@gmail.com or call us at 9916003948
- Concealed Damage: If you accept a package and later find the product inside is damaged, you must inform us within 24 hours of delivery. We may require clear photographs of the product, packaging, and shipping label to initiate a refund or replacement process.
Lost Shipments
- If the tracking information shows that the package has been delivered but you have not received it, please notify us within 48 hours of the stated delivery date.
- We will initiate a thorough investigation with the courier partner. Please allow [5-10] business days for the investigation to be completed. If the package is confirmed lost, we will offer a full refund or a replacement product (subject to availability).
Delivery Delays
- While we strive to adhere to the stated delivery times, delays can occur due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., severe weather, political disruptions, logistics backlog, incorrect delivery address).

🚫 Shipping Restrictions and Address Policy
- P.O. Boxes: We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses. We require a complete street address, including the pincode and nearest landmark, for all deliveries.
- Incomplete/Incorrect Address: Customers are responsible for providing the correct and complete shipping address. We are not responsible for delivery delays or failures caused by an incorrect address provided at checkout. If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you may be charged for re-shipping.
